Summary of Management Duties:
Prajna Property Management LLC is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Summit Lake Homeowners Association, Inc. The core management duties include:
Financial Management: Handling budgeting, accounting, collection of HOA dues, payment processing, and preparation of financial reports.
Administrative Oversight: Maintaining resident records, managing lease updates, ensuring compliance with governing documents, and supporting board meetings and communications.
Vendor Coordination: Coordinating and supervising contractors such as landscapers, pest control, pool maintenance, and security services.
Maintenance & Inspections: Monitoring the condition of common areas, parking enforcement, and overseeing maintenance of shared facilities to ensure community standards are upheld.
